No. As long as you're closing deals in Florida, I can support you remotely.

When do I pay?

Per-deal clients pay at closing. Monthly retainers are billed on the 1st of each month.

What if a deal falls through?

Monthly Partners: The fee stays the same. I am part of your team, so I handle the ups and downs of your pipeline.Per-Deal Clients: If a deal stops, you only pay for the work I have already done. If I have just started, there is no charge. If the deal is almost finished, a partial fee applies. I will always be fair and transparent about the work completed.
